Lucas Ingredients is proud to be a joint-sponsor of the Q Guild Smithfield Awards which took place at Butchers Hall, Smithfield, London on 13th November 2007.

Noel Dawson and Steve Derrick from Lucas joined 22 other judges to select the winners. The overall winner of the prestigious “Smithfield Award” for the best product was John Buckwell of Southsea. He produced a lamb roast with homemade speciality stuffing. Mr Buckwell is a regular user of Lucas products, supplied via Dalziel at Thatcham, in his very successful business.
