Using a boneless chicken fillet. Stuff the fillet with 4 garlic butter florets and then follow the normal process of making Kiev’s.

Using a 450g mini joint. Make incision on top and then place in it 4 Garlic Butter Florets. Secure with roasting bands.

Chef Style Lamb Roast
Using the lamb topside muscle. Make two incisions on top of the muscle and place in it 2 steak butters. When cooking, the butter will melt creating a natural chef style sauce.

Moroccan Style Lamb Rumps
Using a boneless lamb rump. Cut the rump in half and then make a deep incision in each portion. Place a Moroccan couscous stuffing pellet in the incision and then secure with roasting bands.

Spicy Chicken Wraps
Using a boneless chicken fillet. Stuff the fillet with a Moroccan couscous stuffing pellet and then secure by wrapping the fillet with dry cured streaky bacon.

Moroccan Style Pork Sirloins
Cut some pocket pork loin steaks. Place in each pocket a Moroccan Couscous pellet.
To secure wrap the stuffed pork sirloins with dry cured streaky bacon or, secure with roasting bands.
