Coaters Three More Delicious Options!
The Lucas Bombay Coater has proved so successful, three
delicious additions have recently been introduced: Cajun Coater,
Thai Coater and Italian Coater. The new flavours incorporate
textured crumb, developed to become crunchy when baked in the
oven. The result is a cooked dish that has plenty of bite as
well as superb flavour. And a great deal of emphasis has been
placed on flavour: the Thai Coater is reminiscent of red Thai
curry with notes of lemon grass, coconut and coriander, whilst
the Italian Coater includes the tastes of tomato, creamy cheese,
onion and garlic, blended with basil and oregano. The addition
of coarse herbs to the coaters ensures the maximum visual impact
both before and after cooking.
Each
ready-mixed coater is very simple to use the chosen meat
is simply rolled in the coater before being placed in the oven.
They work equally well with a variety of meats and different
cuts too.
