More Modern “Classics” from Lucas

The Lucas Butchers Classic range of Sausage Mixes has proved to be a great success since its launch last year. To make sure that the range continues to grow, Lucas has developed three superb new flavours: Lincolnshire, Lamb & Mint and Cracked Black Pepper.

All three recipes offer bang up-to-date flavour profiles that reflect today’s tastes whilst being true to the original traditions from which they were created. Lincolnshire Sausage was once a local favourite, but has now achieved national recognition, whilst lamb is becoming increasingly popular and the Lamb & Mint recipe perfectly balances the rich flavour of the meat. The Cracked Black Pepper Mix has a pleasantly warming spice and a freshly ground pepper taste that is completely in keeping with more modern preferences.

The three new flavours complement the existing range of Butchers Classic Sausage Mixes which includes Cumberland, Pork & Leek, Pork & Chive, Pork & Onion, Tomato and Beef mixes. All Butchers Classic Sausage Mixes are pre-mixed, ready to use and when blended with quality meats, provide a simple means for butchers to produce really superb sausages.
