New! Cajun Coater from Lucas

Since its launch earlier this year, the Lucas Coater range has proved extremely popular with butchers and their customers. Butchers across the country are using the Coaters in Bombay, Thai, Italian and Peppersteak flavours to develop new recipes and products to extend their ranges and add that “something different”.

As a result of this success, Lucas is now introducing a new flavour – Lucas Cajun Coater.

Cajun Coater is brimming with hot, sweet flavours and deep, spicy notes of red and green pepper, onion, cracked black pepper and parsley. It’s perfect on all meat cuts for pork, beef, lamb and chicken and in addition is ideal for edging burgers and adding value to meatballs and grill sticks.

Like all the Lucas Coaters, Cajun Coater is very easy to use. Simply press the meat into the coater on both sides, then bake in the oven or barbecue on a foil tray in the usual way until the meat is cooked.
