Lucas Easicures – Simply Amazing! - 22/10/04

Lucas Easicures have enjoyed strong growth since their launch last year. They have proved particularly popular with butchers who have not done their own curing before and those that prefer the dry curing method.

There are three flavours of Easicure: Traditional, Smoke and Sweet and each comes as a complete mix, ready to use, with no additional ingredients needed. That makes it a simple job for all butchers to get to work and start adding value to their existing range with “home cured” bacon products.

The technical team at Lucas is tasked with ensuring that all the products they create are of the highest quality, with easy to follow instructions and recipes. To further help with this, they’ve put together a Step-by-Step Guide to curing using Lucas Easicures. The Guide is laminated and includes clear photography showing what to do at each stage of the curing process.
