Something NEW on the Barbecue…

At Lucas we’re always keen to ensure that butchers have something fresh and exciting to offer customers in the barbecue season. This year, we’ve developed three exciting new products!

• Lucas Finest Savoury Sausage Mix This new Sausage Mix is super-savoury, with loads of depth and tastes of the rich, full flavours of gravy and onion. With great appeal for adults and reminiscent of hearty home cooking, it’s a great addition to any barbecue range. • Lucas Spicy Kebab Mix The blend of spices, together with savoury and herb notes in this superb Mix creates a mouth-watering combination that will be hard to resist on the barbecue. Spicy Kebab Mix is also suitable for party, or buffet products. • Lucas Meatball & Grillstick Binder Make Meatballs and Grillsticks easily using this great new Binder. With its savoury notes and hint of spices, it complements any meat: pork, beef, lamb or chicken. Visual herbs and chopped onion add to the effect. Grillsticks are excellent on the barbecue and they’re particularly popular with children.

It’s a good idea to encourage retail butchers to make up a barbecue display that includes a mix of traditional and exotic flavours. A little originality goes a long way, so we’ve come up with a couple of ideas for presenting products for the barbecue a little differently.
