Leek & Smoked Bacon Potato Mash
Using Lucas Potato Topping Mix – 20053040
Product make up:
- Chop the leeks and blanch for 2 minutes – allow to cool.
- Chop the bacon and fry until cooked – allow to cool.
- Weigh out the potato mash mix into a bowl.
- Add the measured amount of water and evenly mix.
- Leave to hydrate for 20 minutes.
- The product is now ready to use.
