Product make up: For a 10lb/4.54Kgs you will need the following:
Tikka Pie & Pasty Mix
Dice the chicken and mix in the Tikka Pie & Pasty Mix.
Add the cold water and mix thoroughly.
Place the filling into suitable pastry cases, glaze using the Lucas pastry glaze - 20053266. This should be done prior to again 5 minutes before the end of baking. Bake in an oven at 190 °C ( 375 °F ) for the required time.
